Instructions for Authors

Guidelines for abstract submission, oral and poster presentations.

These instructions apply to the submission of abstracts and to the preparation of oral and poster presentations for the congress. All submitted materials should be original, clear, and prepared in accordance with the guidelines below.

General Requirements

  • check_circleAll abstracts should be prepared in English.
  • check_circleWe welcome lecture and poster presentations in the national language or in English.
  • check_circleSubmitted work must be original and must not have been previously published.
  • check_circleThe presenting author is responsible for submitting the abstract and for ensuring that all co-authors are listed correctly.
  • check_circleAt least one author of each accepted abstract should be registered for the congress.
  • check_circleAny special technical, organizational, or accessibility requirements should be communicated to the organizers in advance.

Abstract Requirements

The abstract is submitted by uploading the file to the system during the registration process.

    Paragraph spacing:no spacing before or after paragraphs

    Total length:the complete abstract, including title, authors, affiliations, keywords, and main text, must not exceed 3,000 characters including spaces and should fit on one A4 page

    Accepted file formats:.doc, .docx

    File name:the file should be named using the presenting author's surname and the title of the work (e.g., Smith_TitleoftheStudy)

    Title:should be written in bold and in capital letters

    Authors:full names of all authors should be written in italics

    Affiliations:department, institution, city, and country
  • check
    Presenting author:must be clearly indicated in the list of authors by underlining their name, and the corresponding e-mail address should be provided

    Abstract text:should be structured according to the scientific content of the study and should clearly present the introduction, materials and methods, results, and conclusions

    Keywords:up to 3 keywords should be provided

Notice: Abstracts that do not comply with the above requirements may be returned to the authors for revision.

Introduction: The introduction provides a brief overview of the scientific background and the rationale of the study.

Materials and Methods: The study was conducted using appropriate methodological approaches and relevant materials. Data were collected and analyzed according to the study design.

Results: The results demonstrated relevant findings related to the research objectives.

Conclusions: The study provides important insights into the investigated topic and may contribute to further research and/or clinical practice.

Acknowledgement (if applicable): The authors acknowledge the support of the funding foundation and any other contributing institutions or individuals.

Keywords: keyword 1, keyword 2, keyword 3

Poster Requirements

Posters must be prepared in English and should present the study in a clear, concise, and visually accessible format.

  • checkIf applicable, include acknowledgments, funding information, ethical approval, and conflict of interest statements.

Oral Presentation Requirements

computerTechnical Requirements

  • checkThe organizers will provide the necessary presentation equipment, including a computer, projector, and related audiovisual facilities.
  • checkPresentations should be prepared in a standard electronic format compatible with commonly used presentation software.
  • checkPresenters are advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation.
  • checkAny special technical requirements should be communicated to the organizers in advance.

Poster Session Information

  • infoPoster sessions will be announced in the official congress programme.
  • push_pinPushpins or other hanging materials will be provided by the organizers.
  • groupsAuthors are expected to be present during their scheduled poster sessions to discuss their work with participants.
