Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the organizer and participants of the international Morphology 2026 Congress, held on September 10–12, 2026 in Bratislava.

The organizer of the congress is the Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University in Bratislava, Sasinkova 2, 811 08 Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

2. Registration

Registration for the congress is possible through the online registration form on the congress website. Registration is valid upon payment of the registration fee.

Participants are required to provide accurate and complete information. The organizer is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information.

3. Registration Fees

The registration fee includes scientific sessions, poster session, publication of abstract, congress bag and congress badge, coffee breaks, and the welcome event.

The registration fee does not include lunch (September 11, EUR 7) or the social evening (September 11, EUR 50), which are paid separately.

4. Payment Terms

Payment of the registration fee is possible by bank transfer to the organizer's account. Payment details will be sent after completing the registration form.

The registration fee must be paid within 14 days of completing the registration, but no later than July 15, 2026.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organizer's email address: [email protected]

6. Programme Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the congress programme. Participants will be informed of any changes via email and on the congress website.

7. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for damage to participants' property during the congress. Participants are required to follow the instructions of organizers and venue rules.
